This set looked very useless but I had a good feeling. I'm new to the vegan diet and I really liked avocados, so I wanted to find a way to better preserve them. That's how I came across this set. The holder works great although the tie strap is hilarious. I sprinkle a little lemon juice on the pitted half of an avocado before tying it up and it works great for a day or two. But that's not the main story... When I ordered this knife I basically discounted it even though I wanted to try it. But how difficult is it with a regular knife? It turns out things can be a lot simpler! I was absolutely amazed at how effective the thing is in the preparation 🥑. In just a few seconds you can slice, seed and chop an avocado with minimal effort, no mess and no risk of cutting yourself. My friends are skeptical so I'm working on making a good video on how it works. Although you take my word for it. 😅
