Terrible quality, better options available
This product has failed several times over the year. I have only used it in my office, never traveled with it and it has been taken care of. After 5 months it stopped charging so I had to send it to LG for repair. Communication from LG was terrible. I wasn't told it was fixed, when it would come back to me, or what the fix was. zero transparency. One day he just reappeared. Well, 3 months later the same problem. Won't load and is now completely dead. Three hits, you're out, LG. There are far better options for your hard-earned cash.
