Review on ❄️ Dog Cooling Vest by Suitical - Dry Cooling Technology by Jody Grimmett

Haven't tried this vest on my old dog yet but it looks very good. I think it will be perfect for him when we have hot weather. I was disappointed in the lack of instructions. Not in the box, not on it. I read other reviews before buying it so I know to drain cold water before dressing the dog. I'm wondering how long I'm supposed to hold cold water in the vest before pouring it out. Guess I just have to experiment. I was happy to see that the vest was designed in the Netherlands and made in Poland and not China! I would be happier if it was made in the USA but what is it really these days!,
