I received this great mop in about a week. Works great! I haven't tried it on wooden floors yet. Hoping this doesn't take turns I'll let you know. There was no manual in the box so I put it together with the brain 😂. The grip was very short, I'm 5ft 3in and I bent down to squeeze it...lol. I called Revane and Roy helpfully suggested how to make the grip longer! I felt like an idiot. My back also feels a lot better. Nice machine, I hope it lasts. By the way, their list now has the best video, Instructions on Revain. I would recommend this mop. So nice that no cable drags behind your back.
