Review on ✈️ CRAZEDpilot CP-1ANR: Ultimate Active Noise Reduction Headset for Aircraft by Joe Gosa

Finished PPL with it and have been using it for about 60 hours since. Good headset for its money. Pros: You get features like ANR and fabric-covered gel earpads for a lot less than most companies that offer them. They were quite mistreated (loosely stored in a backpack with books and other flight gear). I had a problem when they stopped working very early, I sent them, they sent them back and they've been solid ever since. So I can't knock customer service. Cons: Ear cups tend to come loose if you're not careful how you store them (I wasn't initially). There is no indicator or label for the mono/stereo switch, I just set it to what sounded ok and left it alone. Overall: The ANR isn't as good as the Bose or Lightspeed, and they weigh a bit more than these premium headsets. . The microphone arm seems to be of good quality and stays in place, the sound from the microphone is clear and loud. I haven't tried pumping music through them as I prefer to focus on flying and listening to radio calls. Overall I was very happy with their value.
