PROS: It was easy to assemble. The wheels rolled well. CONS: The bottom of all the metal pieces had very sharp edges and fragmented edges that you could easily cut. I agree with others that the back is not strong. The stool seat is NOT soft at all and hits the backs of my thighs in a way that really hurts to use. as a free return. However, I wasn't able to return for free because I had to drive 45 minutes from an authorized UPS store downtown, not a UPS pickup location that was just a few blocks from my home. Since I couldn't travel to the next city, I had to pay over $20 for UPS to get the refund.
