Review on 🍞 Cuisinart CPT-160BKS Metal Classic Toaster, 2-Slice, Black Stainless: Sleek and Efficient Toasting Appliance by Jose Ortega

Bought to replace a 10 year old 4 disc version of the same model. Looks like Cuisineart threw quality out the window. The old version felt solid, from the firm, quiet springs depressing the toast levers to the smooth turning of the temperature controls. The new model rattles like hell and the temperature controls are really, really loose. If it didn't have cuisine type written on it I would have guessed it was $15 instead of $60. It makes toast and looks okay, but I'll probably avoid Cuisineart as a brand in the future.
