Bought these for a new shed I am building and they are much better than others I have used in the past, have a solid feel and are made from heavy duty steel. The only downside is that when you pull up or down depending on whether it's at the top or bottom of your fixed door, the pin tends to slip out of the base a bit, which isn't a big deal though it could be customized in design. You probably did this so you could have as much movement in the pen as possible. It won't come out, it's just slightly misaligned so you'll have to take a second to realign it. No problem, overall satisfied, I recommend!
