If you want to keep your PC components cool and don't need to worry about noise levels, then this is for you. These things move a lot of air, but they also sound like a jet engine. If you want cheap, buy them. If you have the money to spend $20 to $30 on a fan, go for Noctua industrial fans. For the price, these are the most powerful PC fans on the market. Also, they come with nuts and bolts for attachment as they are quite thick. Also, they come with metal bars, which is pretty nice. If they fail I will edit my review.
