Finding safe yet family-friendly entertainment can be quite difficult during this pandemic. My family actually used them on their home fireplace to make s'mores and we had a blast! The sticks are durable and easy to clean. They stretched out just far enough to reach the hearth safely, but the sticks didn't get warm as they roasted. They even come with a pouch and are color coded which is a great addition!
