I have changed my overall rating to 5 stars. The more I use this handheld massager, the more I like it. I don't really know how gifted a product is, it really depends on the person which is why I gave this piece a three star rating. The product is very easy to use, which is why I gave it five stars. Overall, I give this product four stars instead of five. As long as my hand goes into the car, it's stuck. My arm is 8 inches long from fingertip to wrist and 4 inches wide at its widest point. If your hand is smaller, this machine probably deserves five stars. I'm giving it four stars because I think it's very snug. Although it fits snugly, I can visually tell from the marks the machine leaves on my arm and wrist that it's putting pressure on my arm and is at least two inches from my wrist. Pressure points will disappear over time. There is less pressure on the wrist than I would like due to the fit, but it seems to help relieve the pain. I think if my hand was smaller it would help a lot more.
