If you need a flat MMA sole with some grip, this is your best choice. I tried three different brands of wrestling/MMA shoes before I found these. They are not bulky unlike many others, they conform to your feet and ankles. I wear a mens size 10.5 and bought these in a 10.5, they fit great. My feet are actually a size 10, but I always buy half a size bigger to be more comfortable.
