Good quality and nice pastel colors. I wish they were more vibrant because the pastel green and blue look almost the same when inflated. They also added what I assume should be pink. But it didn't go with the pastel at all, and that's what they mailed the most. I was able to add some pastel balls which I already had to level out but the quality makes for a nice garland. It was my first time so it's not perfect but I was satisfied. The thread you put the balloons in is broken somewhere, but you can skip holes or glue the balloons with the dots provided. In general I was satisfied with the price! Also, the gold glitter balloon is tricky, you need to create friction to make the glitters stick to the balloon, otherwise they just stay inside. The big balloons are pretty and just help fill the garland. I'm not an expert. But happy again. My matching garland and number balloons didn't arrive so we went to our local party supply store.
