My husband is cold and his office manager is getting very hot, she always turns on the air conditioning in the office and freezes it. He has spare jackets on his desk but can't do anything about his legs and feet, which are still cold. This unit was perfect! The fact that he wobbles warms up the entire space under his desk, making it cozy and comfortable. The fan option is a great bonus, but I can't really confirm it as my husband only uses it for heating. It currently costs $30 and offers a $8 promo. $22 is great value for this device! I would definitely recommend this.
