Solid but kinda small (to actually rake)

Solid body and safe edges. Even for my small 2 YO son, this is too small to actually rake. However, it makes a good toy/ tool for him to drag around our garden and do something. I was hoping that he could actually rake with this along his daddy. so I'm taking one star off.
