It's useful, but not great.

Water filtration from local campgrounds definitely doesn't hurt. But it just doesn't pull enough chlorine flavor out of the water. I'm sure it would be a lot worse without the filter but I expected it to do better, at least in the chlorine department. I plan to upgrade to a better filter so we can drink tap water instead of taking so many bottles.
