It's not only very efficient but also easy to use due to its intuitive interface. The support from desknet was excellent - they quickly solved all my issues and provided me with everything I needed for my project! They helped us set up our website so that it can be used by both English speaking users as well as non-English ones. We have been using this software since 2013. And I must say how great their customer service is. If you need translation or localization services then definitely go ahead and give them a try. Their pricing model isn't too expensive either. We were looking at different options when choosing the right solution for our business needs. However, after trying out desknet we realized that there wasn't anything better available. So far everything seems like it worked just fine.
