Review on 🍳 GreenPan Lima Healthy Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan/Skillet with Lid 12-inch Gray: A Kitchen Essential for Healthy Cooking by Pete Norris

Loved this skillet! I wanted something for roasting meat so it would be easy to remove black bits in the pan. I have lighter/cream pans that I use on a daily basis, but when I'm cooking bacon or sausage, they're a bit more difficult to clean. That's why I ordered these pans because they are ceramic and also because of the gray color. absolutely love it. My photos show that I cooked the bacon and sausage and then just wiped down the pan and boiled the eggs. When I bought the pan I was concerned by people's comments about not being able to cook on high heat. You must have an eye on high, but you don't have to cook on such a high heat. As can be seen in the picture, I can fry anything in this pan at medium temperature and it is very clean and unblemished. I will buy another one soon.
