🍳 GreenPan Lima Healthy Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan/Skillet with Lid 12-inch Gray: A Kitchen Essential for Healthy Cooking Review

The non-stick property of the pan has worked properly for about 6 months. Once I made a fried cheese sandwich on it, the cheese didn't get into the pan but after I washed it there were dark stains in the pan. I washed it again but the stains stayed. Since that day, no matter how hard, light, cold or hot I wash the pan, I can't clean the pan and the nonstick function is gone. This morning I boiled the eggs, I attached photos of the result. I will buy another pan but not of this type/brand.

I like cast iron but the largest size is quite bulky and I need something easier to handle. I love that this pan is non-toxic. Yes, it needs to be handled more carefully than a toxic non-stick pan. As long as you cook at low to medium temperature (which is healthier than high temperature, which oxidizes fats and causes scorching that creates toxic compounds), you're fine. Loved this skillet! I wanted something for roasting meat so it would be easy to remove black bits in the pan. I have lighter/cream pans that I use on a daily basis, but when I'm cooking bacon or sausage, they're a bit more difficult to clean. I had this pan a year ago in October and loved it until about a week ago food started sticking to it. My omelets end with scrambled eggs. I tried washing it by hand without abrasive once it had cooled. I have a special spatula made out of heat resistant soft plastic that is the only tool used with the pan. Greenpan cookware IS OUTSTANDING, its non-stick coating is literally 'bulletproof'......It can be scraped off hard with a metal spatula etc without damage! Their vented glass lids are amazing! What made me an absolute supporter of GREENPAN is their AMAZING customer service after purchasing them a few years ago, they still respond to ANY issue and provide a free replacement!
