The best thing about this software is that it helps in managing all types of employees data very well. It has many features which help me in proper management. There are some bugs found sometimes but still they manage to resolve them as soon as possible. Great Software if you want to have complete control over your organization staffs. I am using this to track my employee information with its various modules like attendance, leave etc. I like the ability to quickly search and find the information I am looking for and the ability to create custom fields that are not always available in other systems. Sometimes it is difficult to upload large files and navigate the system. In some cases it takes a few tries to figure out how to do something. This is a great system for small businesses that don't have the resources to have their own HR department. I use it for payroll and benefits.
