I called several locksmiths and the dealer. The price varied widely, up to $220. mugging. So if you think you're going to program it yourself, then DON'T! So what to do? I don't know, but I'm just warning you. UPDATE: Batteries and bulbs have the reprogramming hardware and it's only $40 including the key blank cut I ordered. It worked fine for my 2015 Hyundai Accent which I'm changing to 4 stars.
