The best thing about this program is that it allows you to manage your loyalty programs in one place! This software has made our work easier by allowing us access from anywhere at anytime without having to be physically present with all of my customers' information stored within an online database system!! It also helps me keep track of who I have contacted as well as when they were last called or visited so i can continue working efficiently even if not near their location.

Nothing really but everything works great. ! We are able to send out offers via email/text messages using the customer's mobile number we collect through abm loyality.
