Excellent Customer Engagement Solution for Businesses

The best thing about this program is that it allows you to manage your loyalty programs in one place! This software has made our work easier by allowing us access from anywhere at anytime without having to be physically present with all of my customers' information stored within an online database system!! It also helps me keep track of who I have contacted as well as when they were last called or visited so i can continue working efficiently even if not near their location. Nothing really…

Easy and efficient staffing solution for small business

The best part about this software was its ability to track points in my loyalty program without me having to do anything. I liked how it saved all information that i needed from other programs as well. It did not have many features but did what it said it would do. There wasn't much to dislike besides maybe the price point being high at first glance (but you can use trial versions). We were able to save money by using this product because we didn’t need to pay an employee to input our own…

User Friendly System With Great Customer Service

The ability to create custom fields that are not available in other systems. Also, it's easy to use! It has been super helpful for me as I am constantly trying new things with my customers' programs. Nothing really. It's very user friendly. If you're looking for something simple and affordable, this system will do just fine. We've used ABM Loyalty since we started our business about 4 years ago.
