As many have said, this product is not your standard plug and play and Linksys support sucks. It seems they can answer a simple question like "Is this print server compatible with the Epson CX5200?" but apparently they can't. I've spent many hours and many frustrations trying to get this to work with no success. I think the bottom line is don't try to use the print server on a combo printer. I'm sending mine back and think I'll stick with the standard printer connection. If I have to give Linksys credit, I have to say that every other Linksys product I've purchased was easy to set up and works great.
