Handle fitted once, next day old man drives to warm up van and returns handle in hand with broken shaft. I can't 100% rule out user error, but it probably shouldn't have been that easy for him to break. I haven't tried the other two pens yet. Update: In 2021 I put another knob in it, it worked fine for a while, then one day I went to change the fan setting and the knob is floating again. Replacement pens don't even last as long as the originals.
