Size Mismatch
We cut holes to the exact size for this and unfortunately the wrench used to fit the hole and expands as you tighten the screw does not catch on the concrete. I'm not sure I could make the hole smaller and hammer it further, but as it should work I don't think I could get this to work without adding caulk/concrete filler to the hole.
