Great chair. The chair worked great and was very comfortable. The arms can go up and down which is great as they don't fit under my desk when down. However, it fits perfectly under my table with them. I'm a tall guy (tall 280) and the chair holds up well. I will say this, it must be built SLOWLY. By that I mean loose, check fit, tighten a little, check fit, then tighten, check fit, then do final torque. If you see something is misaligned, loosen it and start again. Most people with problems will probably push themselves one day and end up there. Wrong move! Another tip is to check your bowel movements again after 1 to 2 weeks. So the chair fell into place. At this point tighten everything again. This is the cement that will hold the screws in place to avoid loosening. If you follow these steps, it will be a chair that will last.
