I won't lie. I didn't think it would fit as well as it did for the $90 lip, but I have to say I'm glad I got the carbon fiber look I had to do to make two extra screw holes that failed the 100 mile test after i added two bolts closer to the inner center all was solid and passed the 100 mile test
