I like that it is easy to use and gives us a lot of options for our customers. It also allows you to add new features easily. The customer support team could be more proactive in helping with questions. There are many other services out there that do what we need but at a much cheaper price. We are using this product for a few different reasons. For one, it helps us keep track of all of our equipment. Two, it makes sure that if something does go wrong with an item, we know about it right away so we can fix it or replace it before it causes any problems.
