Didn't help: Defense sprays

Sprayed in the yard according to instructions where the dog was digging. Two days passed without new excavations, then came the third day and a new whole. Doesn't work on my Rotty Shepard.

Pros
  • Hands-free work
Cons
  • Write later

Suitable for dry climates

Our dog didn't like the smell and stopped digging where we sprayed. The problem is that if it rains or there is a lot of dew on the floor, it will wash away enough and it won't hold.

  • Great product

Doesn't work at all

Used as intended and seconds after I sprayed the area my dog was digging my dog returned to the same spot and started digging. I've tried spraying the area several times, the result is the same. This article does not work at all!

Pros
  • delivery was very quick
Cons
  • dull packaging

Hooray, the deck is saved!

Our Standard Poodle Josephine Barker stopped digging and gave us a dissatisfied look when she sniffed out this junk! After rainy weather, however, it must be reapplied. Other than that, it's a great learning tool.

Pros
  • Best in his niche
Cons
  • Damaged

Had no effect on any of my dogs

I have followed the directions on the bottle and have repeated the product several times. I even applied more product than recommended when I noticed the product wasn't working as advertised. Both of my border collies continued to roll in the same areas that were sprayed with this product.

Pros
  • Still happy
Cons
  • Everything is fine

Our Blue Heeler loves it!

I sprayed heavily on the 3x3 foot area where our Blue Heeler was digging. My husband said it was "Scentsy doggy" because our dog liked it and was digging even more the next night! It smells like lemongrass or some other all-natural mosquito repellent we've used in the past. I really wanted this to work, but it didn't work for us. Dispatched quickly and delivered as promised.

Pros
  • Don't dig! The spray does not harm animals. Use the product in areas where digging is not desirable.
Cons
  • Some Bugs

Worked for me!

Tried this when I was desperate as my 2 year old Labrador/Hound mix loves to dig holes and then ride in them This product really worked as advertised. I filled in some of the holes and sprayed them. She sniffed it and left, leaving him alone. After about two weeks or after heavy rain it seems to go away and she's back in place until I reapply. The other problem is that if I use NoDig on places she likes to dig, she just finds new places to dig. I also wish they sold this in a larger bottle with

Pros
  • cGMP Compliant Made in USA
Cons
  • New Competitor

WoW.don't feel like digging?!

Our dogs love to dig. I have a sour apple that doesn't need to be chewed and it works really well. That's what I thought. Let us try it. We. Our dogs started digging in the same place as always. My husband brought them inside to spray the area our dogs had dug. IMPRESSIVE! We brought the dogs back. The smell to my husband he said it was unpleasant. However, it reminds me of the smell of cinnamon. Well, whatever that scent for dogs is. Make sure it's not the same day the sprinklers go off. LoL…
