This thing is great because it allows my Bluetooth headphones to work, but it, the headphones and my iPod nano have to be running at full power for the whole system to work at all. I used to just take my ipod and headphones and go for days on a single charge whereas I could only use it a couple of times with it because it takes forever to fully charge and if I forget to charge any of the 3 components - or you won't fully connect - forget it! You still have to wear that when running, plus iPod and headphones, so it's just annoying to lug around a chunk of ore, especially since it doesn't have a clip.
