Bad product and customer service
My customers didn't seem to like it so I wanted to return it. Like there wasn't enough padding. It was only a few days past the return deadline so I couldn't return it through Revain but I emailed the company to see if there was anything I could do. They answered once but when I answered they just let me down. I will not buy anything from this company in the future. Spend my money where the customer service (and products) are a little better.
