Review on 🏠 Govee WiFi Water Sensor 3 Pack: 100dB Alarm, App Alerts, Leak & Drip Alert, Email Notifications - For Home, Basement (Not Support 5G WiFi) by Tyler Smith

We had water in our basement recently and when I found Govee's water sensors at Revain's he thought they would be perfect for monitoring our basement for flooding. We have had the system for about 2 months now and there is 1 sensor that keeps failing. Reset and error again after a few days. I've also tried removing and re-adding the sensor (several times) and after a few days the same thing, it fails. Unfortunately Govee support didn't help, they told me to reset the sensor, remove/add the sensor and now it should be as close as possible to the gateway. The other 2 sensors are working fine and all 3 are about the same distance from the gateway, so I have a hard time believing this is the problem. However, I have a system where only 2 out of 3 sensors are working and the govee support team has not yet provided a solution. *UPDATE* The Govee Service customer service team was able to resolve my issue and provide me with a replacement. system for free. They also advised that if I had further problems, they would work on a solution. They also stated that they offer a 12-month warranty period and will provide lifetime technical support. I haven't had any further problems since receiving the replacement units and the system works perfectly.
