NOT WHAT I THOUGHT!
I thought it was two parts. It's not, it's a pad on your keychain. So if your key is broken and the top is missing, as is the case in most cases, this will not solve your problem. Well if you are getting a new key fob case to install your current electronics like I tried with this one then this will make a great addition and will protect your new key fob so it will likely never break again.
