Non-stick as advertised! I had an OLD mini cupcake pan that I was trying to use to make macaroni and cheese for a Christmas Eve party using nonstick spray as suggested in the recipe. They stuck to the pan and had to be torn into pieces. Delicious bites so I decided to try again at Christmas time using the same oiled and floured pan. This time they came out of the furnace welded to the pan. The skillet went in the trash and I went to the popular cookware website and Revain to find something better. The reviews said this USA skillet was the best so I placed an order right away so I could make mac and cheese for New Year's Eve. OK, let's go. the party is about to start. Grease the pan and add the mixture. And hope. The timer goes off, the pan pops out and YES (pump your fist), they fall right off the nudge of my silicone spatula. Achievement (both the skillet and the recipe). I had to make more, so quickly rinse the pan and get a second batch. The same winning result. I am very happy with this purchase and am dying to try my next recipe. Hmmm, those bananas look overripe. How about mini banana muffins?
