Mini Muffins Prefect No Stick

Bought a second one because: Muffins don't stick to these pans. Other reviews say they lose their non-stick properties after a few uses. Not the case - we've used them for a while and no problems. We don't use abrasives or cook over 400C and the pans work as advertised...every time.

Pros
  • Useful for more than what they intended
Cons
  • A little change

No sticking! - Muffin and cake pans

Instructions say to grease only if recipe calls for it, but also to avoid cooking splatter. I made mini cornbread muffins to be topped with bacon fat; what I did. I used this pan and my old Wilton Dark Mini Muffin Pan. They were perfect in the US pan! Went straight out and the pan was cleaned lightly (by hand as I don't trust my dishwasher with such items). Dark frying pan? nope; Even after greasing, the cupcakes were sticky and difficult to pull out. That pan went into the trash can, and the…

Preferably. pots. Is always! the best muffin and cupcake pans

I started with the Pullman bread pan and immediately checked out the brand to see what other pans they offer. I really like the quality - it feels heavy but not chunky. It's shiny enough without the polished look of stainless steel or cheap aluminum, PLUS there's no awkward rubbing that'll drive you mad as your nails run over it like you're greasing individual cups -- 1. Because of the nice silicone, the smooth ones surface and 2. because you DO NOT HAVE to OIL it! These non-Teflon coated pans…

Great find, worth every penny!

Ok this is going to be another raving review like everyone else but I just HAD to say how great this pan is! Like the others, I oiled some of the cups and left the four corners and four middle unoiled (if position might matter). Wow! All of my lovely little muffins popped out without the slightest resistance! It's true, it really is a non-stick coating! Lubricate them when necessary, but why? All small cupcakes have a perfectly toasted bottom, not dark or pale, just perfection. I overfilled…

Sticks after the first year or so. Great pan, could use more even heat

Updated review: I need to update my review as the pan started to stick after about a year of use. I always use a soft microfiber cloth to clean the pan, so I don't think a year is a reasonable amount of time for the coating to take effect. Last time I pre-greased the holes (they don't usually do this) and the food still stuck. I expected this pan to last over a year. First review: I absolutely love this pan and use it several times a week to bake healthy toddler snacks. The only downside is…

Yes, my popups really popped up!

I've been making plain Brazilian cheese bread recently (Pão de Queijo, which you can get at a Brazilian rodizio like Fogo de Chão) and my 10-year-old coated mini muffin pan just couldn't keep up after spraying it with olive oil. At first, these addictive little buns puffed up beautifully in the oven and browned to a perfect tan, so I thought I'd reached cheese puffs nirvana. The problem was that I couldn't get them out of the pan without crushing them. Yes they were still delicious but the…

Saved Macaroni and Cheese and New Year's

Non-stick as advertised! I had an OLD mini cupcake pan that I was trying to use to make macaroni and cheese for a Christmas Eve party using nonstick spray as suggested in the recipe. They stuck to the pan and had to be torn into pieces. Delicious bites so I decided to try again at Christmas time using the same oiled and floured pan. This time they came out of the furnace welded to the pan. The skillet went in the trash and I went to the popular cookware website and Revain to find something…

Super great non-stick effect!

There are nonstick pans and there are what I will now call SUPER DUPER nonstick pans. The ultimate non-stick cupcake pan test has nothing to do with cupcakes for me. The actual test is based on egg or egg and cheese. I have an appetizer recipe that I make sometimes called Cheesy Artichoke 3 Pieces on Food.com. I'd make this more often, but since it's mostly egg and cheese, it sticks like crazy, and scrubbing in a questionable nonstick pan was enough to make you want to leave the pan rather than
