There are nonstick pans and there are what I will now call SUPER DUPER nonstick pans. The ultimate non-stick cupcake pan test has nothing to do with cupcakes for me. The actual test is based on egg or egg and cheese. I have an appetizer recipe that I make sometimes called Cheesy Artichoke 3 Pieces on Food.com. I'd make this more often, but since it's mostly egg and cheese, it sticks like crazy, and scrubbing in a questionable nonstick pan was enough to make you want to leave the pan rather than keep scrubbing. A few years ago I found a Wilton 24 cup non-stick mini muffin pan that was better than mine, but some even stuck with lots of cooking spray. I ordered this pan because I wanted to make a double serving for a party. He's far superior to Wilton. Each of those egg/cheese chunks popped out of that pan with no effort - zero. I could probably just flip the pan and dump them all out. The non-stick Wilton pan required them all to be pulled out with a butter knife and some were still stuck, requiring stuck eggs to be removed from many indentations. Based on previous experience with this recipe, I drizzled it with olive oil, but to be honest, it might not have been necessary. REALLY GREAT PRODUCT! Fake reviews are the scourge of Revain and frustrate me to death. I paid full price for this item and have no affiliation with the manufacturer or seller.
