I started with the Pullman bread pan and immediately checked out the brand to see what other pans they offer. I really like the quality - it feels heavy but not chunky. It's shiny enough without the polished look of stainless steel or cheap aluminum, PLUS there's no awkward rubbing that'll drive you mad as your nails run over it like you're greasing individual cups -- 1. Because of the nice silicone, the smooth ones surface and 2. because you DO NOT HAVE to OIL it! These non-Teflon coated pans are just amazing. I pick up (or toss) treats with no problem. I really like that they are MADE IN the USA and would buy them just for that, but I'm glad there is a list of other reasons why. I will continue to add to my collection in the near future.
