Updated review: I need to update my review as the pan started to stick after about a year of use. I always use a soft microfiber cloth to clean the pan, so I don't think a year is a reasonable amount of time for the coating to take effect. Last time I pre-greased the holes (they don't usually do this) and the food still stuck. I expected this pan to last over a year. First review: I absolutely love this pan and use it several times a week to bake healthy toddler snacks. The only downside is that the bottom of the cupcake is often too brown while the top is still a bit pale. Also, the outer cups are well made and the inner cups just right. That being said, these are great pans and I rarely have any issues with anything sticking to the cups. The contents of the outer indentations sometimes stick, but are easily removed.
