Ok this is going to be another raving review like everyone else but I just HAD to say how great this pan is! Like the others, I oiled some of the cups and left the four corners and four middle unoiled (if position might matter). Wow! All of my lovely little muffins popped out without the slightest resistance! It's true, it really is a non-stick coating! Lubricate them when necessary, but why? All small cupcakes have a perfectly toasted bottom, not dark or pale, just perfection. I overfilled them and they still came out perfect. They look like professional bakery cupcakes. I have an old house with a very small kitchen and my gas range is only 20 inches. This frying pan is just right, but a big one won't do. Unfortunately, American skillets don't seem to fit. Make the baking sheets small enough for my oven, but I'll be buying more of the ones that fit! WORTH EVERY PENNY!
