I've made great strides on the keto diet (lost 30 pounds so far and have energy levels I haven't seen in years) and one thing I've done to support this is by making my own to start heavy coffee creamer. Cream. and flavors without sugar. The downside is that they tend to separate and need to be mixed, the ice teaspoons were too short for the vessel I mix them in and it was a hassle to constantly clean the spatula. My wife was looking for these spoons and found them. They are perfect for what I need and easy to clean. I'm glad she found them!
