I wasn't sure about these when I ordered them. Size is perfect but I use them a lot for kids and needed something that I could place in the microwave and the dishwasher and surprisingly these have been great. They don't stain from tomato sauce or other foods they contain and don't get hot when warming up foods in the microwave. I will purchase more!

GREAT bowl set, whether using with meals or for snacks. The bowls have 2 handles so are easy to handle by little hands. The spoons are deep and actually hold a small mouthful. Plus, you have to love the organic nature of this set. The pastel colors are pleasing, they go into the dishwasher and there's absolutely nothing not to like about them.

I use these for heating things like Chili, soup, and similar items. I have boiled water in them just to see how hot the bowl gets and on one I walked off to do something else and the water was at a Rolling Boil. When I removed the bowl it was warm to the touch slowly getting hotter from the water not the microwave oven. These things are excellent for this purpose. There is one big draw back though. These bowls have been used for about ten months now. The only extreme hot temperatures they have been exposed to are being placed top rack in a dishwasher for cleaning.Three of four of the bowls have started "peeling" on the inside of them and whatever coating is falling off from the bowls making them unusable for human food consumption nowSo $17 spent for a product that lasted less than a year. Do the math and make your own choice.

These bowls make eating so much easier and better! I have a problem holding bowls because my hands shake, but these bowls are very lightweight and I don’t spill my cereal anymore. These are attractive and I am extremely grateful that they were offered especially for those of us who have dexterity issues. I would highly recommend them!

This actually matches my ceramic hand made dishes which my son ALWAYS wants to use. Hoping these will be a child friendly subsitute. They are very light weight and dont seem to get hot in the microwave (though we rarely heat his food super hot).
