The product has been very helpful in finding new clients for us at our firm, as well as helping to understand what other firms are doing so we can better compete against them! It's also great having all of my data consolidated into one place instead of spread out among multiple sources like LinkedIn or Google Analytics. There isn't anything I dislike about it - just keep using it until you find something else more useful (or perhaps even easier). We're able to see where potential leads come from when searching online which helps me determine how much effort should be put towards each source if they aren't bringing business right away.
