I bought these shoes with a gift certificate I got at work but I've only been using them for 7 months and not every day and the sole has come off the back of the shoe and no longer worn Tried to contact seller to see if they have a guarantee but no luck, no contact info found, looks like the shoes were made with the wrong glue, poor quality. ***Update*** I contacted Rockport directly and gave me a full refund of the shoe on store credit, bought the shoes directly from the Rockport website. The shoes have held up and now the quality is better from their website which has changed my shoe rating to 5 stars.
