After troubleshooting and testing and testing, our customer's computer spent almost 11 hours over several days and of course I can't charge the customer for that. The computer just turned off. No warnings, no warnings, the computer only emits 1 long beep. Based on what I've found, this could mean anything from the motherboard to the memory. This computer was the customer's computer that controlled the rented vault's gate and therefore kept the gate open as the computer went dead overnight. Every diagnostic I've used has shown the memory as passed. However, while the memory remained in the system, it kept crashing. I replaced the old memory and the computer is working as intended again. I called this company yesterday and of course no one answered the phone, I'm still waiting for a call back which I don't think will happen. Upon receipt of the goods I order 2 pieces, a total of 8 GB RAM. I got what I was supposed to get, but they were two different types of memory modules. It seems that after encountering problems, I read the reviews and see all sorts of problems with this company and their products. Due to the lack of a reply I can remember ordering elsewhere and will be dealing with Amazon to return this crappy product and send them an invoice for all the time spent struggling with the never ending business to fix.
