I've tried many types of these over the years and this type of headphone is by far the best. I have used self-adhesive nose pads regularly for several years, but they have never worked for me. After about a day the natural oils on my nose loosen the glue and the pads just slide off my glasses. However, these nose pads seem to stay on my glasses much longer than those I've tried in the past. I've also tried "sleeve" solutions for earbuds, but they didn't work as well as these hook holders. The first of two downsides to this style is that I can't just put glasses on; Somewhat flexible hooks require little manipulation to get them in the right position. The second disadvantage is that they are black. Clear silicone would look much better and practically disappear from view. I ended up trimming the ear cups a bit to make them easier to manage when putting on my glasses. I give this product four stars for practicality. I would give this product five stars if the silicone was clear instead of black.
