This thing is RELIABLE. I attached it to the wall under the gym ceiling with 3M Command Strips. At night he fell on the wooden floor. I was sure it was toast. nope! I plugged it back in and it arrived and works. I was very impressed. Attitude. Wow, this thing is NOT intuitive. I followed the instructions on the word, but then the intervals didn't show up. After just pressing random buttons on the remote (crazy remote) I got it to work. It's good value for money if you can figure out how to program and operate the remote. The most useful information can be found in the reviews. You will find a good understanding of programming. It's pretty bright. The audio is pretty loud, but I'm not sure how it would work in a large gym. I think it would mute. I turned the music on pretty loud and could still hear it. It would be nice if you could program the countdown sounds so you don't have to look at them to see if the dialing is over or has started. To update! Doesn't work anymore and only hums loudly. Not recommended.
