great things. I like it but a few words of wisdom before buying. Overall the device was easy to set up, looks good, sounds great. I wasn't expecting stunning sound from something like this, so I wasn't expecting much. oooh If you already own an Echo or a smart device, I'd ditch this particular one. It has "Alexa built in". If your Echo device is in close proximity to this speaker, you probably want a device that "works with Alexa" rather than "built in with Alexa". I hooked that up and the two Alexas (speaker and echo) didn't work very well together. they couldn't decide which of them should answer that they were playing against each other. They literally fought for attention and refused to interact. Was hoping for some AI intuition. It would be nice to have a way to turn this device into a slave. After I replaced it with a "Works with Alexa" replacement (which is actually $50 cheaper), they played well together. Just to mention I installed one of these devices in my garage as I thought it was too far from my Echo device to cause a conflict. I would like the unit to be flush with the ceiling, but I understand why it is tapered and not flush. Presumably to move the clay in all directions and not directly on the ground. I was fixated on how visually it looked different than my other can lights for a while, but got over it pretty quickly.
