I've used it on about 4 trips. Doesn't vibrate with large Note 9 inside. I have a thinner case on it but there is quite a bit of room left so if you have a thick case it may not fit. It's not super thin, but it's not very chunky either. Holds the phone very securely in the case. It comes with 3 or 4 pieces of foam pads to take up any sagging that may result from fine-tuning the phone/case. I didn't need her. I'm not worried about it falling out. The mount is plastic with enough rubber grommets to fit most handlebars. Although it's made of plastic, it's pretty durable. As said, it doesn't shake or vibrate, keeping the phone easy to read. Plenty of rotation and angle adjustments for whatever you want to set up, but the ball joint that allows it to be moved has enough grip that I can press buttons on the screen without moving it, and I'm sure I could tighten even more if I want to. If it lasts as long as it seems I'll definitely be getting another one.
