I just received this product last night and when I picked up the product I realized I need a drill. Based on the reviews I figured I just needed a Phillips screwdriver. not correct. To attach the metal part to the seat (the soft part wraps around the solid wood top) you will need a drill as there are no pre-drilled holes to drive screws. Now I have to wait to borrow my friend's tools to finish building this bench. :(Except that part of my seat is not connected to the rest of the frame, love it. Looks exactly like the picture and all the parts are easy to put together except that a drill is needed.
